Refund & Cancelation Policy

🐾 Cancellations

I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a lost session or a $25 cancellation fee, at my discretion.

• No-shows (without any notice) will forfeit the session.

🐾 Refunds

All services are non-refundable once training has begun. However:

• Unused sessions in a package may be eligible for a partial refund if canceled in writing within 14 days of purchase and no more than one session has been used. (Packages prices are not per session. Prices include time for training sessions, video/email support at a discounted rate compared to individual session price.)

🐾 Transfers

You may transfer your remaining sessions to a friend or family member if we agree in writing. This must be arranged prior to the next scheduled lesson. Dog trainer Shane may also reserve the right to not transfer sessions to another party.

🐾 Commitment Policy

My training programs are designed to build habits over time. Success depends on your commitment and consistency. Training success is not guaranteed due to various factors such as owner commitment and follow through, genetics of the dog, etc. Dog Trainer Shane does guarantee that he will give his best efforts to help you and your dog as much as he can. If you ever feel stuck or need support, reach out — I’m here to help.

🐾 Example for Package Purchases:

• 3-Session Package: Partial refund allowed if only 1 session has been used and request is within 14 days purchase.

• 5-Session Package: Same as above.

• Board & Train / Intensive Programs: Due to the nature of these services, they are non-refundable once the program begins.
